Pannonia - motocykle zabytkowe

Hello, I have 2 pannonias, both with misterious problems.
Previously they both worked quite fine, now I can't turn them on.

1 st:
sparkplug is always wet. When you take sparkplug out, clean it and turn kickstarter several times without sparkplug- afterwards with sparkplug turned in pannonia turns on but only for 2 seconds. After sparkplug is again wet...
How to fix it?

2nd pannonia:
If you just put magneto ant not pull the magneto screw normaly - there is a spark (but you can not use motorbike without normaly pulled magneto screw). If you normaly pull the magneto screw - spark disapears....

Anyone had something familiar?

Nice to see someone from Lithuania.
...and some advices:
1st
it looks like a problem with carbuator,
pls check float - maybe it needs regulation or there is a hole
What type of carb. do you have - is it AMAL?
In Poland we rather use polish PEGAZ which is better due
to fuel consumption and dynamic of engine.
If you have 2 pannonias try to exchange carburator.
2nd
check clearance between magneto and electric spool (generator of high voltage current), but describe how its happened - why you disassembled magneto?
